Q: Why are your charging article processing fees at these levels?
A: All manuscripts published in IJCSE are open access. Articles published in our journal infers that all readers, anywhere in the world, are allowed unhindered to full text of articles, immediately on publication in IJCSE Journal. The Article Publication Charges pay for the editorial and production costs of the journal, for hosting the website, publishing articles online, preparing HTML , PDF and XML versions of the articles and submitting the manuscripts in electronic citation database like CrossRef.
Q: Where can I find Manuscript Preparation Guidelines?
A: The format of IJCSE is given in Author Instructions link. Just Download the formated template and prepare the manuscript in the format.
Q: Where can I find Copyrights Transfer Form?
A: Kindly refer to Author Instructions link.
Q: How long does it take for paper review process?
A: IJCSE aims to be bi-monthly online and hard copy journal. It normally takes 30 to 60 days to review a manuscript.
Q: How to submit a manuscript?
A: Submit your manuscript electronically through email. To submit a manuscript electronically you need to convert your files to DOC or DOCX format (.doc, .docx extension).
Q: How long it will take to publish the manuscript?
A: After review it will be published on that month issue.
Q: What plagiarism software did we use to check the plagiarim?
A: We use iThenticate plagiarism checker software to verify the originality of written work.
Q: What is the average acceptance rate for IJCSE?
A: The average acceptance rate is currently at about 20%.
Q: What is your APC refund policy?
A: IJCSE will refund an article processing charges (APC) if an error is made by our part and didn't publish the article. A refund will only be offered if these errors have not been corrected within 30 days of publication.
APCs will not be refunded when articles are retracted as a result of author error or misconduct.
